The partnership will provide access to HighTower's multi-clearing and multi-custodial platform HOST, enabling Three Bridge to expand its service offering.

Three Bridge went independent in August 2009. The principals, Eric Thurber, Fred Molfino and Brett Sharkey advise on more than $740 million in assets for the venture capital and private equity communities in and around Silicon Valley. As a result of this strategic partnership the founders of Three Bridge will now return to offering distribution management and capital market services for private equity firms.
